Warranty Program
Most of our storage and organization products come with a 12-month standard warranty. Customized and OEM products may carry a 6 to 18-month warranty, depending on the product type and order agreement.
Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos or videos of the damaged or missing parts. We will offer a replacement, refund, or reshipment based on the situation.
Yes. All OEM and customized products are covered by our basic warranty. If a product is defective due to manufacturing issues, we will repair, replace, or resend the product at no additional cost.
Our warranty covers:
- Breakage or deformation caused by material or manufacturing defects
- Functional failures, such as broken latches or drawer mechanisms
- Material aging that affects normal use
The warranty does not cover: misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
To file a claim, please provide:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Photos/videos clearly showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
